And while we love to engage in self-care practices (we’ll never say no to a fragrant bubble bath), we believe that they’re even more beneficial when you use them intentionally to inspire self-love.
For us, self-love means showing up for yourself, taking care of yourself, and trusting yourself—not letting insecurity and societal standards dictate how you live. It means appreciating yourself the way you are, but also loving yourself enough to grow.
